About Us
"The Harvest is truly great, but the laborers are few"
In January of 2024, God changed the plans I had for the future.

Over the years, I had heard missionaries speaking at New Testament Baptist Church in Lubbock, Texas saying “the harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few”. I also heard ‘bloom where you are planted’ and that there is a mission field right here in Lubbock, Tx. We have financially supported missions through our church as the Lord has led. We serve in our church in teaching, singing in the ensemble and choir, missions work and in being available as opportunities arise. I have also been blessed to serve as a Deacon since 2005.
Well, my plans aside, God made it very clear that I was to surrender to work in missions. God was so very clear about the surrender part, but I had to wait on the where part. So, I told my wife what God was laying on my heart and she was ready to go right then. We talked with the girls who were on board also.

God also opened doors in Mexico for an opportunity to work with Marty and Michelle Herman (5 Talents for Christ) who have been there for a few years. Marty and I began talking and quickly found a connection. In November, I was able to visit them in Huachichil, Coahuila, Mexico. God is leading us to join Marty and Michelle in ministering to the villages in the area.

We were approved as missionaries in the Short Term Evangelism Program through the World Baptist Fellowship Mission Agency in February of 2025. We are excited to go out and partner with those who God has prepared to support this ministry.
Our Story
Tim and Crystal were married in June of 2003. Tim worked as police officer for 30+ years and Crystal worked as an Administrative Assistant until Kyndall and Chloe were born. She has been homeschooling both of them since 2016. We have loved serving in our home church of New Testament Baptist Lubbock for 20+ years. We are so excited that God had called us to now serve the people of Mexico alongside the Hermans!

A little bit about the 24 connected brand you see pictured here. This was the brand that Tim's granddaddy used to brand his cattle. Tim's grandaddy was very influential in his walk with the Lord. He had always been a great example of a Christ follower and served in his church for many years.
​
The brand happens to be 24 connected and Tim happened to surrender to the God's call on his life in 2024. We decided this was not a coincidence as there are no coincidences with God. We use this brand as a symbol of what God has done, is doing, and is going to do through this ministry!!
